I want to make sure the following method is correct from yahoo members.

To remove anything from your computer, just go to start, accessories, system, system restore.

This allows you to reverse any changes on your computer back to a certain date. Just pick the date before you got the spyware, or the closest date before it, and perform the restore.

My pen drive has a virus of "rahul the Hacker web net.com’". Even if I open yahoo, google etc. it appears automatically on the top of the tool bar. How to remove the same from the system as well from the pen drive?

Whenever i ask a question catagorized in the laptops and notebook section it hardly ever gets answered or has very few answers. Do people on yahoo answers not bother with this section?
