Is it a very clear and defined effect on laptops while charging during a thunderstorm? Meaning if the laptop was affected by the thunderstorm it will be broken to the point of unable to use? As opposed to not broken even after the thunderstorm and no damage was done to any of the laptop components. As opposed to no damage. Also can there be "minor" damages caused by thunderstorm or is it that all damages caused to laptop in thunderstorms are fatal rendering the laptops broken.

Thanks
