I believe that I have a virus on my computer. One of my computer geek friends says that it is possible to find and remove virus’s by going on to task manager, and then processes. I recently ran virus scan and it detected 2 files infected with the Trojan virus called "New Malware". I deleted the 2 files, yet my computer continues to alert my that it is infected. Also, on my task manager it shows IEXPLORE.EXE running but Internet Explorer is not running, and eventually it will start playing music and advertisments until I "end" the process, but it comes back 5 minutes later. Any tips on how to remove this virus from my computer?
And without rebooting and reinstalling everything.
I have this terrible virus on my computer called System Security. I’ve watched tutorials on how to remove it, but they all require you to open task manager or system restore. The problem is the virus won’t let me open either program, in addition to my anti-virus software. Help!
