Now is the official You may read this article yesterday, well, now it is official and it is not trifles Nvidia has dished out. Two new products are now official: GeForce GTX 570m and GTX 580 (the latter replaces GTX 485M). Both video cards will only be found in the Alienware M18x, M17x and MSIs GT870R. Run two cards at once 580 is a bit of a performance monster, especially if you run it in SLI. SLI is to connect two video cards together so that the performance in many cases almost doubled. Both cards are made with 40nm technology for the lowest possible heat, as well as the best performance and battery life. Lasts five hours in Facebook Nvidia claims 580m will be able to keep it going, with batterioptimalserings software Optimus enabled, for five hours when using Facebook (?!). Not that Facebook is somehow the reason to fork out for a machine with 580m GTX in SLI, so there is NOK best to have the plug in the vicinity.
Build Yours at www.gentechpc.com The MSI GT780R just came in! We were excited to open the box and try out the unit. This is one of the few laptops we have seen that has a matte screen in a long time and we were happy to see the Dynaudio and dual exhaust features be carried over from the MSI GT683R as they were both features we really liked on the 15″ version of this laptop. The Geforce GTX560M is a very capable gpu and the Intel Core i7 2630QM is a extremely strong mobile processor. Top it off with 1TB of HDD and 16GB of RAM and you really have a fully loaded package here for a good price. The illuminated keyboard gives you an extra layer of customization and personalization and a good alternative to more expensive Alienware laptops if you really wanted that color led lit keyboard. Infact the Steelseries keyboard is better than that you can find on Alienware so this is a step forward. Well just check out the video for all the other information you may want, remember you can find more videos posted to the product page @ GentechPC.com and if you have more questions post here on our video or go visit our forums.

www.youtube.com The ad I was talking about. After some use, I’ve found that the plastic shell on the bottom and the stupid silver rim are VERY crappy, and I often feel like I’m going to break it if I grab the bottom of the DVD area. The bamboo is actually the sturdiest part XP TF2 works great w/ some minor lag, and works well on Wi-Fi! Is there anyone who can tell me what the security loop is? I seriously need to know. It’s finally back from the shop, and I’ve seen a vast improvement in speed with the new hard drive. The battery life is great, but finding only about 6 or so hours instead of 9 or 10. I only really play TF2 and it has worked great will little to no lag on a LAN connection. Trackpad still annoying, and I wish they wouldn’t blend it into the bamboo so well; I can’t tell where my finger is with respect to the pad. Have had a few software issues, especially with Windows, including odd updating and the like. Don’t know if that has to do with the hardware or the software.
