I have virus backdoor.tidserv.i!inf and i have downloaded and ran tdss killer and malwarebytes and it doesn’t detect it while norton 360 does…is there any othere way to remove it?

I have a HP windows 7 home premiun laptop n i already hav norton 360 as anti virus protection but unfortunately i got this virus security tool and now every 2 seconds i have 1 message from it i really want to delete it remove it help me i dont know how please explain me step by step tryed few other things but didnt work out so please if someone can help me n tell me how can i remove it from my laptop

I have tried a Norton 360 virus scan & restoring my files. But it won’t go away, I keep on recieving annoying pop-ups from advertisements.
And theres a program in the end near where the time is displayed around the computer, Called Click Potato, & it’s a virus. My computer is slowing down & junk. How do I remove the virus for free.

well i barely got the virus just yesterday, i have norton360 and it said i had a high virus, im tried to restore my system this morning but it does not want to restore my system. Then i tries to open Norton but it does not open, i believe is due to the virus, what can I do? i really want to get rid of this virus

A virus (worm.win32.NetSky) got past my Norton 360 Anti-Virus program and infected my computer. Simultaneously, ads from a company called,Internet Security 2010 began appearing on-screen, promising to remove the virus if I paid them .95. I suspect that this company infected my computer so that they can be paid to remove it. I have reported this to the FCC and they are investigating. In the meantime, many of my computer functions have been disabled. Can anyone out there help me?
