they both got intel proset/wireless installed. i tryed to use windows wireless zero configuration, but non them detects the other one. there is also an X on the wireless network connection icon in taskbar and it says NOT CONNECTED in both laptops.

Please could I have some help on updating my drivers etc.
I cannot go onto the laptops official website as I cannot specify what model it is etc.
Any recommendations for driver updater software’s would come in handy.
Furthermore,I would like some website links etc.
