How do I prevent unauthorised laptops from accessing the wired lan network – the wired lan network has about 10 machines on it – 9 desktops and 1 laptop. I’m looking to buy my own computer.
I’m looking for something on the cheaper side with good quality.
I would be using it quite a bit for gaming so it would need a good graphics card and all that other stuff.

I really don’t know the difference or what’s better.
Do desktops have more memory or is it pretty much the same?
