Avast says I have some trojans. I’ve moved them to the virus chest. Avast recommends this. Once in the virus chest, I have the option of deleting the virus. Does this mean the virus is actually deleted or is it just deleted from the chest?

How do I actually rid myself of these trojans?

Some sort of hijack/trojan/worm (or what have you) that I haven’t been able to identify is blocking both a pc and work laptop from accessing the internet properly. I’ve already tried the modem with another laptop and works fine. Are there any suggestions to get rid this virus? I’ve tried using SuperAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes Anti-Spyware, AVAST and CCEraser already.
