Artemis!E41C836FABE0 is the trojan Virus ,The Location is C:\users\owner\appdata\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet files\Content.zip

I have just opened it when i got it

I didnot save it.

I delete it Whenever i start my system.The zip files gets automatically Uploaded in temporary Internet Files.

Please help Me.

I have McAfee Internet Security 2009 and it says it quarantined a virus named Artemis!786998 and Artemis!749387. I was wondering how could I could remove these from my computer. Also if it’s quarantined can it do anything to my computer. PS it says it’s a Trojan (not Trojan Horse).
