I am going to go off to college next fall term and I am looking for a good laptop. I am looking for one that would be excellent for school work and powerful enough to play high end, new gaming. I am just looking for a good laptop company or just a model.

me and my fiancee want to connect laptops,and i have no idea how.we dont have a printer (one blurb said you have to print something out and type into the other laptop). this has to be common knowledge, right?
