how exactly do you reboot in safe mode?
To get into safe mode, restart your computer, and while it is booting (before the windows splash screen appears), repeatedly tap the F8 key until a menu of options appear. Use an arrow key to select safe mode with networking.

Are you F-ing kidding me? It looks as if I need to be a F-ing computer expert to do all of this. This is not simple, this is the most difficult process I have ever seen. I think I’m just going to throw my computer against the wall and cry. I’m totally serious. I want to cry.

what if u can boot into safe mode (takes u to a blue screen saying error) and in regular boot the virus does not let u execute any programs but its self. does that mean its time to reformat?
