Most Cheap Laptop With Good Graphic Card?

I want to know which laptop is best to buy if I want to play some good game and I want a cheap laptop, secondly there are many cheap laptop with Intel x3100 graphic card but is it good for gaming?

First off, depends on the games. If your looking for high end games to play like Mass Effect, you can pretty much forget cheap, it’s unfortunate but true.
Intel x3100 is not a good graphics card. Any graphics card that is made by intel honestly sucks, it’s not intended for gaming, it’s only intended to run basic programs and a couple of low-end games, not much else. (And running low end games badly may I add).
It’s hard to find a good laptop for gaming, and even moreso cheap and good.
