I Need A Cheap Laptop With A Built In Webcam?

Basically, I had a laptop, and it broke because all of the stuff I put on it.
So I’m probably going to get a new one but it HAS to be cheap and with a built in webcam.
- It can be $250-$510
- Needs a built in webcam
- Can’t be smaller the 12 inches

Well basically i know how being tight on money can’t get you the best of things. And i searched all over the internet when i came across a website that gives away free apple macs. I was thrilled but i had suspitions of some scam like anyone would have. But to my surprise it works. And my advise would be to try it.
