how to remove virus from my laptop?

My laptop infected virus.i ubanle to which virus it is.i unable to opne cmd.exe and task manager etc even i unable install any softwares.pls suggest me how to remove all viruses from laptopsince i don’t have any answer how to remove viruses from laptops. pls sugest soo.

go into safe mode with net working and then run this free online scan http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ it digs deep into the registry to root them out. takes some time as it does a deep search. start the scan and go clean house or watch the football game and check it out after an hour or two. good luck.
use an online scanner like Trend Micro
1. Update your anti-virus.
2. Restart your PC in safe mode. (Start>Run>msconfig>Boot tab>Check safe mode)
3. Run a anti-virus scan and remove.
4. Restart your PC in regular mode. (Start>Run>msconfig>Boot tab>Uncheck safe mode)
Manual Removal (If anti-virus can’t get rid)
Open the registry editor (Start>Run>regedit) and delete the value name of the virus.
