The best anti virus and trojan remover is AVAST. End of story.
Just download it, install it and when it ask for a BOOT SCAN, select YES. It will reboot the compu and it will start scan before logging onto windows which is the correct way to do things.
When it finds the infected file, select DELETE ALL when it asks you what to do. Let if complete the scan (takes about 20 min,) and it will boot to windows
It will run in the background so your emails are safe and it will detect any intrusions when you log to dangerous sites. This is the best program around and YOU can register for FREE for 1 full year.

there is no debugger for Trojan till date you better not get Trojan into your pen drives or other things……
First of all, Hi!
You can’t, if one file is infected with a Trojan most of the time the trojan damage the file contents (overwriting the original contents by a trojan code).
If you are downloading a file that come with a trojan, the antivirus isn’t able to clean it too.
I recommend to delete that file before your computer get damage, but if you trust that file then you can stop the antivirus scanner doing the following:
Step 1: Right clic on the avast icon.
Step 2: Select "Stop On-Access Protection".
and it will ask you because your computer is in danger state.
To restart the antivirus do the same thing.
I hope helped you.
Best wishes,
Carlos.
