How should i remove boot sector virus from my computer without removing my working files.?

My computer is infected with a boot sector virus.. first i found it in f: drive so i transfer the all data to e drive… and formated f drive… then i found the virus shiefted to e drive…. how should i remove the virus…… without deleting my wokring data.. I am using quickheal 2008…..Please help me….

Download, update, and install Avast 4 Home Edition Antivirus and have it run a boot-time scan. (It will give you the option to do that during set up.)
