How does HP's three time return policy for exchanging laptops work?

How does HP’s three time return policy for exchanging laptops work? I know that after you send it in the fourth time, they let you pick a new laptop, but how does that picking work? Do they send you the same one or do they let you pick a new model that fits in a certain price range or something like that?

I think so. It’s probably either price range or age of the model. I really have no clue though. But the company my dad worked with exchanged his Toshiba A300 (that was 64-bit) to a HP Business model because he couldn’t run AutoCad on it. Do you work with a company that does that? If you do, if you needed to exchange it, try that.

Then again, he worked with Focus, too.
