		<description>Norton itself is a terrible program in the firstplace. I highly recommend using something else if your gonna pay a monthly fee. There&#039;s alot plenty of very nice anti-virus programs out there for free. Anyways, safemode will help you alot so I agree with the above guy&#039;s answer. Find the virus files/folder and delete them while in safe mode. Then restart.

Go to start bar, click run, and type in msconfig. Check the startup tab for any suspicious files loading up with your computer and disable them. Or go to the boot tab and tell it to boot in safe mode.</description>
