Do All Laptops Come With Windows? Where Can I Get One Cheap?

Im looking for a cheap laptop, and my computer at home is windows xp and i dont know how to use anything else? Also, i need the laptop for going on the internet and for saving photos (quite alot of photos too) what is the best one to get? and i dont understand none of the processor stuff or anything else about computers like that, but im very good on them and can work windows well. thanks
ALSO IM FROM UK SO WOULD APPRECIATE BRITISH STORE OR SOMEWHERE ONLINE THAT TAKES £££

eBay.co.uk is a great way to get a cheap laptop however you need to learn the basics of eBay and this can be time consuming. You could also check out ebuyer.com for any laptop deals they might be offering.
But to help in some other way. Windows XP is an operating system. If you happen to see a laptop that doesn’t have an operating system then this basically means it doesn’t have Windows XP on it.
Also.
The CPU is the brain of the computer. Intel is one make and AMD is another. Defining the best from the worse isn’t to hard. A CPU has speed measured in Hertz and 1000Mhz (Mega Hertz) is 1Ghz (Giga Hertz). A laptop with 2Ghz should be enough for your needs.
RAM determines really the speed of your PC. It’s measured in megabytes and gigabytes etc. 512MB to 2GB should be enough.
You shouldn’t need to worry about graphics power.
If you have a lot of photos then you won’t need too much space as photos aren’t particularly big. Look for a hard drive above 60GB and you should be fine.

OK so there’s nothing wrong with your request as quite a lot of people are in the same boat. However I feel like you need some sort of basic research is necessary in your position. Well I think I’ll answer the first part of your question. No not all laptops come with windows however the vast Majority do so your pretty much OK there, I doubt any respectable non windows vendor would ever sell their product without differentiating themselves from Windows. Unfortunately for yourself (and many others) if Windows XP is your preferred OS (operating System) your out of luck as many newer laptops come with Windows Vista (which is basically now the bane of the computing world and I personally don’t have anything to do with) however for your needs I’d recommend an EEE PC which are very small form factor Laptops which still Come with Windows XP, for your photo storage needs I would invest in a External Storage Source (Drives/Disks) as the EEE PC drives are relatively quite small.

Well my sister has this one ^^ it’s got quite a low memory, but good speed, I guess. She has a load of Photos on there, the internet and The Sims 2. It holds what she needs. I like it and the price isn’t too bad!
This came with Windows Vista, the new verison of Windows, it’s really good and manily the same!
well you can get a cheap one on e bay but I recommend you going on http://www.currys.co.uk they have £299 laptop and its hp! so go to that website now and get your self some cheap laptops
