A couple months ago my laptop got some kind of virus or spyware or something like that. I don’t have any antivirus protection software, and was wondering if there is any way I can remove it for free. Everything works on my computer besides the internet. It won’t let me connect. I have a PC, not mac, if that helps. Is it even possible to remove a virus without paying for the software? I believe that I have a virus on my computer. One of my computer geek friends says that it is possible to find and remove virus’s by going on to task manager, and then processes. I don’t know files could be virus’s so i would really appreciate it if anyone could give me names of virus files i could look for.
